Step 1:
Click on the Start Menu, select Programs, then click on Outlook Express.

Step 2: Click on the Tools menu and select Accounts.

Step 3: Click on Add and select Mail.
Step 4: Type your name in the Display name field. Click on Next.
Step 5: Type your e-mail address (username@ee.net) in the E-mail address field. Click Next.
Step 6: The incoming mail server by default should be set to POP3. Type mail.ee.net in the Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server field. Type mail.ee.net in the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server field. Click on Next.
Step 7: Enter your username in the Account name field. Please note that this should not have @ee.net at the end of it. Enter your password in the Password field and make sure the Remember password box is checked. Click on Next.
Step 8: Click on Finish.
Step 9: Click on the mail.ee.net account to highlight it then click on Properties.
Step 10: Click on the Servers tab. Click on the My server requires authentication box to put a check mark in it. Click on Ok. Click on Close.
