Outlook Setup Step 1: Click on the Start menu, select Programs, select Microsoft Office, and click on Microsoft Outlook.
Step 2: Click on the Tools menu and select E-mail Accounts.
Step 3: Select Add a new e-mail account. Click on Next.
Step 4: Select POP3. Click on Next.
Step 5: Type your name in the Your Name field. Type your e-mail address in the E-mail Address box (username@ee.net). Type mail.ee.net in the Incoming mail server (POP3) field. Type mail.ee.net in the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) field. Type your username in the User Name field, please note this does not have @ee.net at the end of it. Enter your password in the Password field and make sure the Remember Password box is checked. Click on More Settings.
Step 6: Click on the Outgoing Server tab. Click inside the box for My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication to put a check mark in it. Click on Ok.
Step 7: Click on Next. Click on Finish.
